All grain brewing using the Klarstein mash & boil system. I am a beginner at all grain brewing but I set up a micro brewery in my garage to try making some craft style beers. Filmed with a Canon 70D and Tokina 11 – 16mm f2.8 zoom. Edited & colour graded in Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve
I decided to pull our Brewer’s Edge Mash & Boil off the shelves to see what it can do – and when I found out how low it could hold temperature I realized it is the IDEAL brewing system for making Kettle Soured beer! I used Linc Malts (local grains) and a little acid malt
