Let’s talk about the best items to get you brewing good beer [All Grain via Brew in a Bag (BIAB)] right from the start. With a budget of $300, I found the crucial items to go from nothing to brewing all grain brew in a bag beer right at home. This is the stuff I wish I bought the first time around, and would be way more worth it to me than a prebuilt starter kit because a bunch of this will be useful for a long long time and you can be intentional with your upgrades, like to kegging, which I love. These items are what I would recommend to a friend that has nothing or even has a kit to brew extract and wants to move to all grain. You’ll also need ingredients and bottles, but you should go to the home brew store and find what you want to brew and you should buy a 24 pack of a beer you like in brown bottle and crack one open on brew day! Save them, rinse them well, then sanitize on bottling day! It’s easy and delicious.
