Hoping for a clean, hoppy, and balanced beer that’s perfectly enjoyed by the campfire after a long day on the river. I was stoked to hit all my pre and post-boil numbers, and can’t wait to see how this turns out!
Recipe:
7.25 gallons distilled water
10 lbs. Rahr 2-row
0.75 lbs. Caramel 60
Mash Rest 60 min.
Pre-boil Gravity: 1.040
Boil for 60 min.
Post-boil Gravity: 1.051
Hops:
0.75 oz. Chinook (45 min.)
0.75 oz. German Perle (20 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (0 min.)
Yeast: Imperial Flagship A07
Ferment at 68 F
