This beer needs to be conditioned for at least 2-3 weeks to improve the flavour. After that then enjoy…. We sampled a bit early in the conditioning process, it definitely improved with time.

Don’t forget that the taste you can achieve will ultimately depend on how well you clean and sterilise your kit.
