How To Make Homemade Boiled Cider | aka Apple Molasses

Kick up the flavor of all of your fall apple dishes! Boiled cider is easy to make and cost effective… Join me as I show you how.

Uses for boiled cider:
Add to baked goods
Drizzle over ice cream, biscuits, pancakes or waffles
Stir into oatmeal or hot tea
Baste meat
Make hot apple cider or an apple cider soda
Jazz up baked beans or BBQ sauce

Bring 1 gallon of fresh cider to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer.
Simmer until reduced to 1/7th of original volume. Strain if desired. Store in the refrigerator.
