1-pound pale malt
½ pound roasted barley
½ pound flaked barley
1 ounce Fuggle Hops
½ packet Ale Yeast
6 grams 100% Cocoa (Chocolate)
1 Pound Frozen Cherries
1/2 Ounce Corn Sugar for conditioning

Directions:
1. Using a grain bag soak grains in 151 degree water for 60 minutes.
2. Remove grains and rinse with hot water
3. Bring wort to boil and add half ounce hops
4. Add Cherries and Cocoa (Chocoalte)
5. Boil for 45 minutes
6. Add hops, yeast nutrient and whirlfloc tablet
7. Boil 15 minutes
8. total boil time 1 hour
9. Cool to room temperature
10. Pitch half packet of yeast
11. ferment for 2 weeks
12. Bottle (I used 1/2 ounce corn sugar)
13. Drink up
