Cuan brews a South African Tea Beer on the beacon Brewster. The Rooibos Tea brought a really unique flavour profile to this beer and it’s the first time we used South African hops, we found the flavour on this really impressive.
We have a commercial collaborative brew coming up with the team at Hellbent who makes some awesome South African Boerewors, this was the trial brew for that project.
