When brewing your beer, does it make sense to use a yeast nutrient addition to aid in the fermentation? Well I started doing this and the results have been surprising. I share my thoughts on the Wyeast Yeast Nutrient (no affiliation at all, just talking about a product from a company I trust and use). The nutrient is inexpensive $3.50 – $4.00 and will support many, many batches. It is easy to use. And the results: very impressed and happy. It has become part of my regular process.
