Coopers English Bitter Review

First pouring of my Coopers English Bitter homebrew, it’s been in secondary fermentation for just about two weeks.

As a recap I added 1kg Medium DME, 10g Golding’s hops in the initial boil and 10g in the last three days of primary fermentation. i wanted a darker, more bitter drink than the started.

This has come out at a sessionanble 3.9% ABV.
