In this episode I will take my home brewing experience coupled with brew master Rafael Mendez’s expert instruction and help brew a Munich Helles at Microbrewery Zeit.
Microbrewery Zeit is located in Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Joinville has a rich craft beer culture as it was predominately founded by German immigrants. The German culture therefore has greatly influenced the styles of beer and the market demand.
Microbrewery Zeit is the newest brewery in the city and they are doing a great job adding there own spin on traditional German recipes. The Munich Helles in this video is a prime example as it is a little more hop-forward than the traditional beer style.
