In this video, I brew up the Brewer’s Best Gluten-Free Ale kit, and it smells awesome. This will be the first time I have ever brewed with Sorghum, and I think it is going to turn out very well. I brewed this batch as a live demo of brewing at the Cedar Rapids Corridor Beer Festival 2013, and had quite a bit of interest, as there were several folks in attendance (designated drivers) with Celiac. With some hope, folks with the disease will be able to finally enjoy a cold one with their friends and family and not worry about the repercussions. We should have a tasting video up soon too.
