A slightly rambling comparison of Tim’s Brooklyn Brew Shop Punk IPA kit beer with BrewDog’s legendary post modern classic. We can chat about beer and make jokes at each other for quite a while it seems! In short: it’s not a perfect Punk and lacks the smack in the face hops of the original but it’s a great kit nonetheless and well worth a try. If you buy the kit it’s worth obtaining the missing three hops separately and dry hopping.
