Black Rock Dry Lager Beer Kit – 2 Minute Brew Review

Beer Kit
The Black Rock Dry Lager Beer Kit – Review in 2(ish) minutes.

We check out the kit, the final product and any special instructions you need to get this brew fermenting. We also touch on a couple of optional ingredients like the use of a craft yeast or the addition of the Mangrove Jacks Dry Enzyme – which we would really encourage if you like a dry finish or a low carb beer.

The one point we don’t really get into is the use of Liquid Malt Extract. If you like the smoother mouthfeel and little bit more body you will get from LME we would suggest the Black Rock Ultra Light if you want a really clean finish with the delicate malt character or the Black Rock Blonde Liquid Malt Extract which will give you a little more malt character but does have a drier finish relative to other malt extracts.
