In today’s YouTube Friday, our CEO and head brewer Nate Lanier shares some backstory and inspiration for a beer that we make called JJJuice Project Galaxy + Galaxy + Galaxy.
There is a lot going on here! Juice Project is our series of beers that features aggressive cold side dry-hopping and minimal kettle hopping. For the amped up renditions in this series, JJJuice Project, we add more of the hop charge throughout the brewing process. And for Galaxy + Galaxy + Galaxy, we take it a step further!
This is one of our favorite beers to date and the result of our uncompromising dedication to progress with our endeavor to brew the best hoppy beer that we can.
