IBU : 13 (Tinseth)
BU/GU : 0.24
Colour : 7 EBC
Original Gravity : 1.052
Final Gravity : 1.014

Boil Time:- 30 minutes

Mash Profile
High fermentability plus mash out
65 C/149 F – 60 min – Temperature
75 C/167 F – 10 min – Mash Out

Fermentables
2.465 kg/ 5.43 lbs – Pilsner Malt (50%)
1.233 kg/ 2.71 lbs – Wheat,Flaked (25%)
1.233 kg/ 2.71 lbs – Wheat Malt (25%)

Hops
30 min – Saaz – 13 IBU (adjust using your hops AA%)

Fermentation Profile
Ale
21 C/ 70 F – 7 days – Primary

Yeast
1 pkg – Mangrove Jack’s Bavarian Wheat Yeast M20
