Brewin’ a Brown Ale in Winter (Home Brew Recipe & Review)

Guide
Today we’re home brewing a Brown Ale, a great beer to have on tap in the fall and winter months. For this recipe, I was aiming for something akin to a British Brown Ale, malty, rich, nutty, toasty, biscuity. A decent winter ale to drink while it’s snowy outside.

If you’re a beginner home brewer, or looking to start brewing beer, this might be a good recipe to start with for all-grain homebrewing.

Below is the recipe I used on my Brewzilla eBIAB system. Anyone have improvements or suggestions to my recipe or techniques, let me know in the comments. Genuine feedback is always appreciated!

Enjoy!
