I’m making 1 gallon of beer using only normal kitchen utensils and equipment and ingredients supplied with the Brooklyn Brewshop Brewdog Punk IPA kit. I stuck to the recipe and the result was incredible, however, with a few tweaks such as dry hopping I think it could be even better. Although expensive to buy initially,

It’s actually a recipe developed by Marshall Schott of Brulosophy. He simply created it to grow and harvest yeast. But it was so good that it got brewed again.
